you could yes... but were talking about upper level college course work to get those skills.....


I hold a CIW and I've been trained in Java asp php html cold fusion sql as well as graphic arts, business development and marketing....


this venture is not a small PT home business persay you have to treat it like a full blown business you run from home...


Thing to keep in mine is you'll be competing against people in India who do the same thing for pennies on the dollar... but Many people prefer someone local...

Yes and no. You need a lot of skills, mainly programming and this can be time consuming to learn if you have had no experience with this before. Also, programming is hard, so unless you are prepared to put in a lot of time becoming good at it i wouldn't bother to try.





I would also say that you are very likely if you can walk into a job where you can work at home, web design offers a good starting salary but is at the lower end of IT jobs in terms of pay.
