One small detail, India would not have been known as ';India'; to the Hebrews who wrote the bible - so it is unlikely you'll find a reference to India in there, in the same way they refer to many countries and peoples that we have difficulty tracing nowadays (where was Sheba, for instance?).
Please also remember that there is a great deal of myth, tradition and apocrypha that has built up around the Christian faith.
Yes, there is a tradition that Jesus went to India, and to Ethiopia. There is a tradition that the Ark is in Axum in Ethiopia, and that Mary Magdalene fled to the south of France, and that Joseph of Aramathea came to England. These tales are endless, most have no supporting history behind, but it does not mean there is no shred of truth in them and it doesn't reduce people's fascination with them.Indian History never referred and there is not even a single word about India in Bible. Is it true?

ANY TIMES MAN PUT HIS 2 CENTS IN THERE ALWAYS GOING TO BE DISCREPANCIES.
';They would have repented long ago, Sitting in Sackcloth and ashes.'; Jesus said it... and India is the only place I know of where you can still find anyone sitting in sackcloth and ashes.
That quote is one of the many Bible mysteries. (an Enigma)
Did anyone ever think of asking them what they are doing? It might be helpful.

the bible is extremely parochial.
