Is it true that a multiple-homes owner can have their payments modified in court but not a single-home owner?

In other words if you own more than one home you can have a judge revamp your payments to better suit you but if you are Joe Average American with one home you do not have the same luxury.

Gotta love the ';Justice for all'; don't you?Is it true that a multiple-homes owner can have their payments modified in court but not a single-home owner?
I have never heard of this outside of a bankruptcy court but even a single home owner can have payments modified in a chapter 12 or 13 case..Is it true that a multiple-homes owner can have their payments modified in court but not a single-home owner?
You ask a question then slam it as if it were true.

Based on Texas law you are wrong. Maybe it's true in CA or NY.
Sounds like a good question for John Kerry.
