Is it true that a single innocent person in prison shows that the legal system of their country is useless?

Not useless. But in need of repair. Our system has become a game. Both sides want to win and the truth has nothing to do with it. They withhold evidence, lie, fabricate evidence, and frame people just to make a name for themselves. Look at the crooked cops on the OJ case. Or the crooked prosecutor in the case of those college kids falsely accused of rape.Is it true that a single innocent person in prison shows that the legal system of their country is useless?
I dont think it makes it useless it just proves tha they are doing their jobIs it true that a single innocent person in prison shows that the legal system of their country is useless?
Not useless, just flawed.
No, it shows us that a jury made up of one's peers is a scary thing and not a true reflection of one's self.
typically the person is guilty of some other crime so it is all good.
That is silly Kind of like women not wanting to have kids because of you These 'thing' happen you just hope not to many times
No.

It shows that it's not perfect.

That's because we are people...and none of us are perfect.

Which is also why the death penalty should be banned.
